The first time we worked with Melody we were looking to buy our first house. We had little knowledge of the process or anything else. We met with Melody and her team 6 months before we had the money to buy a house and created a plan with them. We went out with Melody or her team to look at houses 2 times a month for the next 6 months. We weren't looking to buy, but wanted to educate ourselves and feel more comfortable when it came time to put in offers. We looked at close to 80 houses in that time. Because of that we were so confident about the houses we put offers on after all of that practice. And now living in the most amazing Denver Victorian, we still rely on her great recommendations for our painter, flooring and everything else. She helped my husband and I buy our first home in March of 2020 (yes, right before covid!) and she was always so responsive to our questions, so helpful and kind, and really worked her hardest to help us find the perfect home that had everything on our ‘list.’ She gave great advice as to what we should do to secure this home, and she always had resources of people to call (lenders, inspectors, etc.) She made us feel cared for and celebrated with us when we moved into our home. My boyfriend and I closed on our first home last month with the AMAZING help of Melody and Valerie! We absolutely couldn’t be happier with our new home! This is the third time we've purchased a home and quite possibly the most informed we've ever been. Melody is a true professional to work with and knows so many levers to pull (or not pull) when making an offer and during the negotiation and inspection phases. Melody and Valerie were beyond wonderful to work with. When I started my house search journey, I wasn't prepared for the amount of information or the emotional rollercoaster I was about to face.
